- 1 – medium chayote squash, cut into strips
- 1 – cup of pork loin slice to strips
- 1/4 – tsp. fish sauce ( optional )
- green onion
Bring water to boil, add the pork loin in the pot and let cook for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the chayote strips in the pork soup and let cook for about 3 minutes. Before turning off the heat, add the fish sauce in.
