- 2 medium chayote, cut into strips
- 2 piece pork loin, cut into strips
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
- Green onion pepper
In a frying pan, heat up 2 tsp of olive oil. Add pork and garlic in at the same time, stirring constantly, in medium heat until your pork is fully cooked. Then, scoop out your fully cooked pork and set that aside for now.
In the same frying pan, put the chayote in and add a 1/2 cup of water and stir for 1 minute.
Cover the lid and simmer until tender for about 4-5 minutes depending on how crunchy or tender you want your chayote.
