- 1 – bunch amaranth vegetable ( cut in 2 inch length )
- 1 – cup dried anchovy ( soak in water for about 10 minutes )
- 1 – cup onion
- 2 – cup chicken broth
First, add the amaranth vegetable into boiling water. Then, after 30 seconds, drain and set aside.
In a pan, over high heat, put 1 tsp. grape seed oil. Then, add the onion. Next, stir-fry for one minute.
Now, add the dried anchovy in and stir-fry constantly for about 3 minutes, or until the dried anchovy fragrance is released.
add the amaranth vegetable and chicken broth in. Let the amaranth vegetable cook for about 2 minutes. Then, sprinkle your salt before serving.
