Heat a pan with grape oil over low to medium heat. Now, add the garlic in and fry for 3-4 minutes until the fragrance is released. Then, scoop out the garlic oil into a sauce bowl. This will be served on the side or poured back into the pasta in the next step.
In the same pan, add your whole clams, including the clam juice. Then, add the pasta in and let the clams and pasta simmer together.You can either add your olive oil with garlic back into your pasta now with the clam sauce and mix together in the pan before serving, or you can serve the garlic oil on the side (optional).

Place your finished pasta onto a plate and garnish with fresh tomatoes. Your dish is now ready to be served.
