Ingredients:

-2 lbs opo squash cut into strips.

-1 cup ground pork.

-1/2 cup dried shrimp soak into water for few minutes.

Add 2 tsp olive oil in a pan and the dried shrimp and 2 clove minced garlic in cook until fragrant

Add minced pork and dried shrimp into pan. Stir until meat changes color.

Then, add opo squash strips.

Let simmer for 10 minutes.

At the same time, soak mung bean threads in water until soft.

Then, add the mung bean thread in simmer over low heat until the liquid all soak into the mung bean thread.
