2 pieces chicken legs cut into small pieces and marinade with 1/2 tsp soy sauce and 1/4 tsp cornstarch.

Sauce: Combine- 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 cornstarch, 2 tsp water mix well.

-Cut the chili same size with the chicken.

Chopped 2 cloves garlic.

In a pan over medium heat  add 2 tsp olive oil and chili,garlic into the pan stir until the fragrance come out.

Scoops  the chili into a bowl and set aside.2014-11-22 14.25.49

In the same pan over low heat add the chicken in and stir constantly .2014-11-22 14.30.40

Stir until the chicken turn brown.2014-11-22 14.31.15

Add the chili and the sauce into the pan.2014-11-22 14.32.13

Stir until the sauce coats the meat and chili. Then turn off the heat.2014-11-22 14.44.00

Now the Kung pao chicken  is ready to serve.
