Home made vegetable broth (Chinese ).
-1 lbs soybean sprouts.
-Few dried shiitake mushroom.
Put all ingredients into a pot with 8 cups water bring to boil and reduce the heat.
Use low heat and simmer about 1 hour.
Strain the broth. Separate the vegetable.
Optionally, you can save your vegetable broth for later by freezing the broth into ice cubes .
You can add soy sauce and olive oil into soy bean sprouts mix well and enjoy as an appetizer.
