Ingredients: -1 lbs taro,1 lbs jicama,1/2 carrot, 5 oz tofu, 1/2 onion,3 cloves garlic (chopped),1 tsp cornstarch, 1 bag spring roll paper. you can add shred cabbage. -shred all the mixtures. Mashed tofu into the mixtures, add 1/2 tsp salt ,black pepper,and cornstarch and mix well. Roll wrapper over mixtures and press both side,then folds wraps over. Eggroll. Deep fry eggroll. The eggroll is ready to serve.
