Deep fried eggplant and sweet pepper.
-Eggplant, sweet pepper (cut the size you want ).
-1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup cornstarch, 1 cup water, 1 tsp oil mix into a paste.
(with cornstarch the fried flour more crisp).
Drop a small piece paste into the oil , if the paste float right back up and the oil is ready to deep fried.
Dip eggplant piece into fried four to coat evenly and add slowly into the hot oil piece by piece , fried until golden brown.
Deep fried sweet pepper same with eggplant.
Deep fried eggplant and sweet pepper is ready, sprinkling salt and pepper before serve.
