Deep fried Hokto mushroom with sweet and sour sauce.
2 medium Hokto mushroom and shred the mushroom by hand.
-1/2 cup flour, 3/4 cup water,1 tsp oil , 2 clove garlic chopped (mix until smooth).
-Coating the mushroom with fried flour evenly.
Heat the oil 350 degree F fried the hokto mushroom until golden brown, transfer to paper towels to drain.
Sweet and sour dipping sauce:
-1 tbsp (15 ml) ketchup,1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp water, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar mix well, bring to boil until thicker.
Now the deep fried Hokto mushroom is ready to serve.
