-Napa cabbage,snow peas,baby corn,fried tofu,hokto mushroom,vegetables broth.
Cut the size you want.
sauce: 1 cup vegetables broth mix well with 1 tsp cornstarch , 1/4 tsp sugar and 1/4 tsp salt (taste).
* This is a clear sauce.
Add napa cabbage and baby corn into boiling water cook about 1 minute,drain and set aside.
Place the hokto mushroom evenly on the pan without oil, just dry fry.
Add 1 tsp oil into the pan dry fry the tofu over low heat until fragrant.
Add the snow peas stir until crisp tender.
Pour all the vegetables into the pan.
Add the sauce into vegetables toss until coating and thicker.
The stir-fry vegetables dish is ready to serve.
