Stir-fry vegetables with flat rice noodles.
-Asparagus,napa cabbage, carrot, taro balls, snow peas, tomatoes (cut into same size).
-2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce,1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 cup water (mix well together).
Fresh flat rice noodles.
Put 1 tsp oil to coat the wok over medium heat and add green onion toss until fragrant.
Add the mung bean sprouts and toss until mixed evenly.
Pour 1 tbsp soy sauce into the noodles keep tossing until coat with soy sauce evenly and stir until fragrant.
Scoop out into a big bowl.
Put 1 tsp oil into a wok add onion cook until brown (optional).
Separate the tomatoes add the vegetables mixtures, cook until tender cripe.
Add the tomatoes add toss few second.
Add the sauce into mixed vegetables and stir until thicker.
Pour the sauce into top of flat rice noodles.
Now the stir fry vegetable with flat rice noodles is ready to serve.
