Slice the taro into small thin piece.
Steam the taro until soft.
Smashed the taro with spoon while the taro is still hot.
Add 2 tsp cornstarch, sprinkle salt, pepper into the taro (If the taro dough is too dry add little water).
Mixing the taro with hands until smooth.
Steam the taro balls about 10 minutes, and the taro balls is ready to serve.
Keep it in refrigerator when you need for soup or stir-fry.
