Home made candied ginger.
Weight the ginger and sugar same amount.
Wash out and clean the ginger, peel of the soil.
Slice the ginger into eventually thin piece (slice opposite from the ginger fiber).
Put the sugar on top of ginger and turn on over medium heat.
Bring to boil until the sugar melted.
Keep stirring over low heat.
Simmer until the ginger absorbed all the sugar.
sugar turn into syrup.
Drop the syrup into a plate and the syrup will cool down right away then you can turn off the heat.
Pick the ginger into the parchment paper and keep tossing until the sugar out of the sand.
Let the ginger cool down and the ginger will cover white sugar sand.
Scoop out all the dried sugar put into a bowl.
Pour 2 cups water into the pan and bring to boil.
Add into black tea.
Ginger candied and black tea, enjoy.
