Stir-fry potherb with ground pork.
Soak the potherb into water, wash out all the salt.
Squeeze out the water few time until the tastes you want.
Cut into small pieces.
Add 2 tsp oil, chopped garlic, chili into a wok (pan) over low heat toss until fragrant.
Stir until ground pork turn color.
Pour the potherb into the wok, stir to mix well, add some sugar and some soy sauce (tastes).
Now the stir-fry potherb with ground pork is ready to serve.
