Kabocha cashews soup.

Ingredients:

-Kabocha squash, raw cashews.

-Soak the raw cashews into water at least 3 hours.

Add the water into the cashews, bring to boil and reduce heat simmer for 20 minutes until soft.

Cook the kabocha squash until tender.

Pour the kabocha squash soup and cashew nuts soup together and ready to put into the blender.

Pour the cook cashew nuts into blender and pureed into a cream.

Put the kabocha squash into cashews milk and blend together until smooth, and sprinkle salt.

Now the kobacha squash cashews soup is ready to serve.

If you want to keep in refrigerator for few day better cook it again  until boiling.
