Mountain yam with pork blades soup.
-1 lb Mountain yam.
-1 1/2 lbs pork blades bones.
-some dried jujubes.
-Soak the bones into boiling water and drain.
-Add the bones with 12 cup water into the pot and cook for 1 hour.
-Put the yam and dried jujubes into the bones soup cook together for 1/2 hour and turn off the heat.
Now the mountain yam soup is ready to serve.
